Shipping—We offer flate rate shipping for our customers in the USA, Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, and European countries. The method of shipping is USPS Priority or Express Mail. If you have ordered an item that is not in stock you will be notified by email within two business days with the expected availability date.

Sales Tax—Residents of California will be charged sales tax: 9.5%.
Returns— For orders placed within USA only, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 business days from receipt of merchandise. All returns must have a RMA number. Please use our returns form. The original shipping charges are not refundable. We recommend that you use a shipping method that allows you to receive delivery confirmation. USPS insured mail is usually the most economical. If you are exchanging your purchase for a different size no additional shipping charges will be incurred for standard shipping within the contiguous United States. Additional charges may be incurred for express shipping or if additional items are ordered. A credit will be issued as soon as we receive and process your return. Due to the delicate nature of swimsuits, returns must be in their original condition with tags and liners in place. Worn, soiled, laundered or damaged items will not be accepted and will be returned.
For international orders, at this time, we regret that we cannot accept returns and exchanges outside of the USA.
Clearance - Final sale, no refunds or exchanges.
Special Orders— These cannot be returned unless an item is defective.
Customs and Duties—Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. We do not collect duty or taxes for international orders and do not know what your charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. We are not responsible for any duties, taxes or fees levied by your government. In most cases, the carrier will try to collect duty or taxes when the package is delivered. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office. If a package is abandoned at customs, refused by the customer or if customs fees are not paid by the customer, Poolside Style has the right to refuse any refund.
Security--All credit card information is sent securely and directly to our credit card merchant and is not available to us.
Use of the Website—By accessing the website, you warrant and represent to the website owner that you are legally entitled to do so and to make use of information made available via the website.
Trademarks—The trademarks, names, logos and service marks (collectively “trademarks”) of the designer brands displayed on this website are registered and unregistered trademarks of the respective company.
